Aaron Streng is a singer/songwriter who's "no right or wrong" approach to music continues to leave everyone who hears him curious as to what what he might create next. With the use of subtle vocal harmonies, powerful guitars and a creatively wound rhythm section Aaron Streng captures a mysterious and multidimensional sound that allows different moods and emotions to drive the song.

Born in the small town of Tiffin, Ohio, Aaron currently resides in Ashland, Ohio, where he has spent most of his life. Coming from a family of aspiring musicians, Aaron was inspired very early on in life to pursue music. He began jamming on the weekends with his younger brother (and former bass player) Joel, playing cover songs and soon enough became entranced by the idea of forming a band. After auditioning several singers, Aaron worked up the courage to try it himself. In songwriting Aaron had finally found the creative voice he desired.

Aaron Streng put together his first band, Minds Eye View with bass playerJoel, and a local drummer. Minds Eye View went on to record a three song EP which received recognition from Jim Kelly, then of Reprise Records, before dissolving amicably.

Aaron's second band Raison Wash recorded another 3 song Ep which led to them being invited to Hollywood to record with Dito Godwin who has produced a number of successful bands including Kiss, Motley Crue & No Doubt. Riason Wash also performed on county fair stages, as well as university events.

After leaving Raison Wash, Aaron Streng decided to venture out as a solo artist. Delivering a 3 song EP in January of 08', and as a strong believer in the power of live performance, Aaron performs live with a full band as well as solo with an acoustic guitar.

On his first solo EP Aaron Streng evokes the work of a diverse group of acts including Ben Harper, Pearl Jam, Incubus, Cat Stevens and Bad Company. Never afraid to try new ideas, many songs use different drum styles that have not been heard a lot in the past. His vocals and mood based arrangements have a unique modern feel to them while his lyrics remain abstract, allowing the listener to find their own meaning in them.
